Tahitian pareo for women “Tiare Toru Moana,” meaning “the three tiare flowers of the ocean,“ is a Polynesian pareo hand-painted by an artist from Moorea, French Polynesia. Three tiare flowers with six white petals are aligned on a deep blue background, surrounded by circles in shades of lime green, teal green, and slate gray.
A hand-painted pareo with contemporary graphics, which carries the soul of Polynesia in every brushstroke.
Made from light and flowing cotton voile, this 180 x 110 cm pareo drapes naturally over the body, is breathable and dries quickly, making it ideal for the Polynesian sun or any beach in the world.
Each piece is unique, with slight variations in shades, contours, and color overlays from one piece to another.
This is the signature of handmade Polynesian art, which we champion at Ventanou from our workshops in Moorea.
