1 - Washing of the facade(s) (a supplement will be requested if there is a lot of silt: a high-pressure wash is carried out with a 3-day drying period)  

2 - Substrate preparation (a wash will also be carried out if the exterior ceilings are made of tiwan)

3 - Application of 2 coats of professional-quality facade paint using a roller and/or spray gun.
