1.2.1 To redeem a Coupon, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the transaction.

1.2.2 In order to make a purchase, you must first register with Ventanou.com and World Service Company Limited in order to open an account.

1.2.3 When you purchase a Coupon, you submit an offer to World Service Company, acting on behalf of the Seller. This offer represents the purchase of a Coupon. This purchase will only be finalised once you have received an e-mail from World Service Company, agent, confirming that your offer has been taken into account and validated.

1.2.4 World Service Company is entitled to refuse your offer at any time. In addition, if World Service Company suspects that fraud has been committed or is likely to be committed by you against World Service Company, an affiliated third party or the Seller, World Service Company reserves the right to cancel your purchase.

1.2.5 The Seller is entitled to have its own terms and conditions applicable to the sale and/or supply of its Offer.

Withdrawal and Refunds 

1.3.1 The Seller, as defined in these General Terms and Conditions, is considered to be entirely responsible for the Offer it provides. As such, World Service Company cannot be held liable. However, World Service Company, acting in the name and on behalf of the Seller, offers you the possibility of exercising a right of withdrawal. This period begins on the day of purchase and lasts for fourteen (14) days. For Coupons giving entitlement to a service, the withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after receipt of the Coupon in the confirmation e-mail. In the case of Coupons for goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes physical possession of the goods. Once the Coupon has been registered, World Service Company, in the name and on behalf of the Seller, has carried out the issue, sale and transfer of the Coupon in full. Nevertheless, in the interests of transparency, Ventanou.com LLC has put in place a procedure which guarantees the Buyer that the Seller will only receive payment for the sale of the goods once receipt of the package or goods by the Buyer has been verified and certified. Venanou.com will therefore retain the amount of the transaction until the product has been delivered or the service has been correctly provided.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial market rates that may occur during the withdrawal period (e.g. the purchase of gold).

1.3.2 Your declaration of withdrawal must be worded clearly and concisely so that there is no ambiguity regarding your intention to withdraw.

If you use one of the two methods of withdrawal described in this paragraph, an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your request for withdrawal will be sent to you as soon as possible.

1.3.5 The reimbursement of the sums incurred by You, corresponding to the payment You have made for the purchase of the Coupon(s) for which You are using the withdrawal period set out in the previous paragraph:1.3.4 Will be made by World Service Company, acting as agent on behalf of the Seller.

1.3.7 At no additional cost to you.

1.3.8 World Service Company reserves the right, however, to make a refund only once the goods have been recovered.

1.3.9 In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, it will not be possible for You to exercise Your right of withdrawal for Coupons :

1.3.10 Whose services have been partially or fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and/or whose execution has begun after You have given prior agreement and You have expressly waived your right of withdrawal;

1.3.20 In its capacity as agent, acting in the name and on behalf of the Seller, World Service Company cannot be held responsible if You use your Coupon and the Seller's offer differs from that originally stated on the Coupon. In this case, you must make a complaint solely to the Seller. Indeed, the supply of the Offer is the responsibility of the Seller. The contract concluded between You and the Seller does not in any way include World Service Comany, which acts solely as a third party linking the two parties to the contract: You and the Seller. However, if the dispute persists, World Service Company may assist you in the management of the dispute, without being asked to take a decision-making role in the resolution of the dispute.

1.3.21 Any refund will be made in the same manner as that used by You when purchasing the Coupon, unless You expressly request or advise otherwise. This will not incur any additional costs for You. In the event that the original payment method used by You is cancelled, expires or changes, it is your responsibility to contact World Service Company Customer Service at [email protected]. If the refund is made to your original payment method and this has been cancelled, expired or changed, it is Your responsibility to make the appropriate arrangements with the bank or payment service provider concerned. Only one refund will be issued by World Service Company.

1.3.22 You have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the refund to reject it. After this period, the refund will be deemed to be full and all claims you may have against World Service Company (as agent for the Seller) relating to or arising from this Coupon will be terminated.

Secure payment

Ventanou guarantees you secure payments thanks to a secure payment platform used by major e-commerce brands.

The principle of secure payment on the Internet

Thanks to the technologies used, all the payment phases between the buyer and this platform are fully encrypted and protected. The protocol used is SSL coupled with electronic banking.

This means that information relating to the order and the bank card number do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet.

The credit card number is not printed on any paper, invoice or other listing.

Ventanou has no knowledge of card numbers.

This platform does not store card numbers after the payment transaction has been transmitted to our bank.

Therefore, no member of the Ventanou team has access to your information, either electronically or by printing out your credit card details.

1.3.11 Whose goods have been made according to specific indications or requests for personalisation.

1.3.12 Whose goods are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

1.3.13 Whose goods have undergone qualitative or quantitative alteration after delivery, and which are no longer fit to be consumed, used or dispatched for reasons of hygiene or health protection;

1.3.14 Whose goods have been mixed after delivery and render them indissociable from the material or materials with which they were mixed;

1.3.15 The contents of which consist of computer software or audio or video recordings which have been unsealed by You after delivery;

1.3.16 The content of which consists of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts for these publications;

1.3.17 The content of which consists of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car hire, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period;

1.3.18 Which consists of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which began after your express prior agreement and your express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

1.3.19 If, before the expiry of the Period of Use specified on the Coupon, You have been unable to use it for a reason beyond Your control, You may request a refund. You will then be asked to provide World Service Company with evidence of your inability to use the Coupon. World Service Company will only consider your request for a refund after a reasonable analysis of your request. Please note that the decision whether or not to issue a refund is at the sole discretion of World Service Company.

Goods made at your request or clearly personalised, the manufacture of which requires special adaptations to meet very precise technical and aesthetic requirements (for example, custom-made furniture or clothing). The choice of options (colour, finish, etc.) from the range of standard items offered by the professional does not change the nature or purpose of the goods sufficiently to make them clearly personal.

Goods that deteriorate or perish quickly, except food products with a minimum durability date (DDM)

Goods that you have opened and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g. sealed cosmetics, underwear sold in sealed bags).

Goods that cannot be separated from other items (e.g. remote control for a television set).

Digital content provided on an intangible medium and a subscription contract for these services, the performance of which has begun with your agreement and for which you have waived your right of withdrawal (e.g. a downloaded film).

Services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun with your agreement or your express request.

A service may be considered to have been performed if you have made a reservation (e.g. a parking space) but have not taken advantage of the service without cancelling. For example, if you have booked a parking space for 20 September but have not used it, you will not be able to use your right of withdrawal on 21 September Supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond 30 days and whose value depends on financial market rates (for example, vintage wines booked before harvest).

CDs, DVDs or computer software that you have opened

Supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except in the case of a subscription contract

Urgent maintenance or repair work carried out at your home and at your request, within the limit of the spare parts and work necessary for the repair itself. This means that the replacement or installation of equipment that is unrelated to the fault or that goes beyond repair is subject to the right of withdrawal. For example, you install an armoured door in response to a request to open a Conclus door at a public auction.

In the absence of an auction: Sale of movable or immovable property at public auction, electronic brokerage transactions (involvement of a third party in the description of the property and conclusion of the sale) are subject to the right of withdrawal Accommodation services (hotels, campsites, etc.), transport (people, goods, removals), car hire, catering or leisure activities provided on a specific date or at a specific time (show tickets, etc.).

The sale of gift vouchers for wellness services valid for 1 year is not covered by the exception to the right of withdrawal.
